I am a talent partner with a strong focus on executive recruitment and human capital initiatives. I have specialized in Board, C-suite, and leadership recruitment, collaborating with investment teams to identify top executive and advisory talent globally.

With over 20 years of diverse experience, I have successfully built leadership teams across various sectors, including aerospace & defense, banking, consumer, healthcare, industrials, services, and technology. My prior roles include leading professional recruiting at a major financial institution and serving as the founding Global Head of Recruitment for a prominent media company, where I launched campus and executive hiring initiatives. I have also directed recruitment functions for several leading financial firms.
